Overview

At Genzora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return an item if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is not a sale or discounted item

  • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Innerwear or undergarments for hygiene reasons


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via JazzCash or EasyPaisa

  • You will be notified by email once your refund is processed


5. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong size or wrong item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days with your order details and we will arrange the exchange.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — Genzora will cover the return shipping cost

  • If you are returning due to a change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
