SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

At Genzora, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

This includes major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and all other areas nationwide.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Major Cities 2 to 4 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns 4 to 7 Business Days
Remote Areas 5 to 10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value as displayed on our website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Genzora.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details if available.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available across Pakistan.

COD orders may take 1 additional business day for verification before dispatch.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

If a COD order is not received or is refused without a valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.

You can use the tracking number on the courier company's website to check the live status of your delivery.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

7. Delays

Genzora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays or government restrictions

  • High volume periods such as sale seasons or festive holidays

In case of any significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order.

Genzora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately at Genzora.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee an address change.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

10. Packaging

All Genzora orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

We use secure packaging to protect your products during transit.
