Genzora is an online fashion and sportswear store based in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

Sale prices are only valid for the duration of the sale period.

3. Orders

Placing an order on our website means you are making an offer to purchase the product.

Genzora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Orders cannot be modified after they have been dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

  • EasyPaisa

  • Debit / Credit Card

Genzora reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Genzora is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery is offered on orders above a minimum order value as stated on our website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

If a COD order is refused or returned without a valid reason, the customer may be blocked from placing future COD orders.

Repeated refusals may result in account suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photos is the property of Genzora.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree that you will not:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
